That is why the company is certified in accordance with the global BRC Food safety standard, recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative – a food safety management system that aims at harmonising international food safety standards and that meets the requirements of the largest food vendors and producers around the world.
The operation of quality assurance, auditing and industrial process control systems is carried out through the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) System, by identifying and controlling relevant hazards to food safety, so as to ensure that unsafe food is not made available to consumers.
Campicarn’s Quality Assurance System is also based on knowledge sharing among all employees.
Team development is underpinned by its constant upgrading through training programs aimed at developing its technical and interpersonal skills and, consequently, teamwork.
