Ingredients
- 4 "Filets" de 180g cada
- 100g de pimenta verde
- 1/2 copos de brandy
- 1 colher de farinha
- 1 pitada de sal
- 1 copo de natas
- 1 colher de molho "demi-glace"

Aquecer a frigideira e dourar os filetes enfarinhados a fogo vivo. Juntar o sal e a pimenta verde, regar com brandy e flamejar. Deitar por fim o molho e as natas. Cozer por mais 3 minutos. Servir.

You can also use the top of a drinking glass to cut the wonton wrappers. You can cut several at a time. Though, for a more rustic look, no cutting necessary!
